C12 Performance ........... I'm blown away (Win 10 )

I can fairly say in all my years with Cubase i have never had performance like this . All cores working as one even load , the real time peak meter being protected by the Asio Guard , this project was on max in C11 but this has proven to me that if you listen to recommendations of computers from Steinberg then 9 years later they still are a major work horse .

Something has definitely changed. My system is old so not super fast, I have been running with Buffer at 512, sometimes 1024 for heavy mixes on C11. Cubase 12 chose 256 as default, but I can reduce that to 64 on what I’d consider a fairly heavy project without a hint of struggling. ASIO Guard is set to Normal.
