C13 - double "Unloading Project" window (sort of)

When closing a project, that takes some time to close (as opposed to ones, that close almost instantly), behind the “Unloading MixConsole” window, seems to hide another window - “Unloading Project”. Not sure if this is intended. Looks like it has no purpose, so possibly a bug?
