C14.0.20 The project could not be saved

Cubase Pro version

This project could not be saved, because:
This operation is not allowed.
The previous version of the project has been left unchanged.

I tried saving to new versions and then quiting C14, then booting up new version - same issue.

Any ideas?

Where is the project stored, please?

What exactly does it mean, please?

FIXED: I saved a backup to a new folder on the same external T3 drive. All works fine now.
