C15 Crashing When Separate Stems

About 2 out of 3 times here on Mac Studio M4. Anyone seeing this?

Same thing here. Cubase 15 crashes consistently when it attempts to separate stems.

This might be a sample-rate-related issue. The original project that crashed every time (right at the end of the process) when I asked to separate stems was set to 48 kHz and I dragged in and converted a 44.1 kHz WAV file to 48 kHz.

I just tried the same thing keeping the project and the file at 44.1 kHz and the stem separation worked right away.

Good catch, I’ll try that…meanwhile I’ve been having to go to Logic Pro to do stems, then drag them into C15.

I was using Logic Pro or SpectralLayers Pro for this as well and I’ll probably keep doing that but I’d like it to work properly in Cubase :smiley:
