While I appreciate the flexibility the new Hub offers, I much prefer the tabs across the top for Recents and Templates in the old Hub to the tree view of the new Hub.

It used to be one click at the top to get to the Recents or the folder of Templates that I want. Now, I might have to close multiple expanders or scroll up and down to get to the folder I want, then click to open the folder. Only then can I select what I want.

When I’m rushing to get an idea quickly recorded, every little click or workflow impediment matters.

Also, and I know this is a little thing, but I like apps that use a project name generator to create a project name for you when you create a new project.

I disagree as I think the old hub was bad. I never used the hub before, and I was starting to get pissed as I could not find an option to turn it off.

It took a little fumbling around, but once I figured out that you can drag out the sizes between the templates and recent projects it is all good (I had to restart my MAC to resize the hub, was not resizable in the start). If I wanna find a certain project it is done in 2 seconds of typing.

This hub is actually useable (and searchable) so I will be very comfortable using it going forward.
