Hi,
i’m having issues lately when adding or removing audio or instrument tracks inside of my template.
It happens even when import tracks from my template inside of an empty project.
When creating a track inside of a folder, the track appears “greyed” and some controls like the record-arm is un-clicable at first.
The track goes back to normal once i collapse then uncollapse the folder.
I’m not sure this issue is related, but i feels like as both issues started happening around the same moment.
The crash report keeps mentioning “ADM editor” being the cause of the crash even though i work in stereo.
I can provide the .ips
Running C15.0.30 on a M4 pro mbp.
Hi,
I tried changing the name of “admeditor” under this path :
/Applications/Cubase 15.app/Contents/Components/admeditor.bundle/Contents/MacOS
Then i opened my template project and it had resolved the crashes happening when adding, duplicating or removing tracks so Cubase was right pointing it to me.
Still, the track appearance bug was present.
Then I closed Cubase, renamed the admeditor file the right way and i’m confident the appearance bug is also resolved.
I don’t know how somehow the adm file got corrupted but the fix was easy even though i did not understand it.
Does someone have any idea what caused that ? Preferences maybe ?
I hope it helps.
Cheers to the team.
Steven
Hi Martin,
I have never even tried it.
