C15 - Resetting the meter, bug or just an annoyance?

I notice that in C15 when resetting the meter (with clicking the value field) on a channel/track , it will select whatever channel you click in this value field.

I don’t really want this and it bugs me… I want the channel/track I have selected to stay selected, even though I need to reset the meter further down the signal chain (on a group or the main out etc).

This is not so in C14, and whatever channel/track I have selected will stay selected… As I want it.

Maybe a small thing I know, but it annoys me… Very much actually.

And YES, I know we can set up a key command to reset the meters………. But I don’t necessary want to reset the meters on ALL channels/tracks in one go.

Is it only me that get annoyed by this?

Anyone knows if this happens in Nuendo 15 as well?

Since Cubase and Nuendo are the same program with Nuendo having just an extended set of features it will behave the same.

I had a hope that this was fixed/changed by the time Nuendo 15 were released… That’s why I asked.
