C15 score will not revert from slash note head -- and ---

C15 score Mac will not revert from slash note head back to regular note head. Neither revert to default nor selecting round note head works. And, if you try to enter a new note, it is stuck on slash.

Entering 1st and second ending command should be separated. If the 1st ending wraps to the next lower stave (say, 1st ending M1 on one stave, M2 on the next lower), grabbing the length handle for the first ending to get it to extend down to the next lower stave, messes up the location on the second ending, which would be one the lower stave.
Del Signo is silly tiny, and making it larger also makes the DC al Coda larger, which is already a good size, so now the DC al coda coda sign, etc., are too big. Can the two be sized separately, or default Del Signo be made the same size as the coda sign??

Maybe I have not found it yet, but I need to label a chart for each instrument (Trp, Ten Sax, etc.) in the upper left corner, as is more or less standard in Jazz.

And I wish the answers to things like how to hide stems in score (guess what you find when you do a search on line for how to hide note stems), were in the manual. searching “hide note stems” does not get an answer in the score manual..

It’s also a PITA when editing from the menu drop downs, because you have to pre- select, open drop down, edit, then close, before you have to move on to the next notes. Like changing note heads. hat is one of the things I liked about C13 - you could leave several edit windows open at the same time.

Also a few bug in xml export. but this is enough for now..

I invite someone at Steinberg to convert this chart of Pensativa, to Trp / Ten / Gtr. Just use the treble clef staff on the first two pages. I made charts for my jazz group, adapted, from this.. I think you’ll run into many of the issues I describe. I am including the chart I made, in concert. You’ll see enharmonic misspellings, like Ab on trp and G# on tenor..

And no matter which note head I select, Score will not switch out of slash head…

If you intend that someone reproduce the problems you encountered, include a Cubase project.

The intention is for someone to walk through the takedown / lead sheet process, and see how awkward the process is. Like three different places to edit notes. And not being able to leave open editing windows, like in C13. The one is V3-----

An interface suggestion –

ala Muse score - hovering over a note and right clicking gives you a menu for note editing
