C6 loop browser not playing back WAV or REX files correctly!

Hi, I would like to preview WAV or REX files from the media or loop browser but when I try nothing plays back in time with the project; this is even when align beats to project is activated.

Is there something I’m missing?

Ableton, Reason, and Pro tools all seem to do this with no effort or messing about and expected Cubase to do just the same :S

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

For the most part WAV files play back correctly, but not all.

RX2 are another story. This NEVER works and NEVER has, even since Cubase 4 and the inception of Mediabay. Shame really. I have had to resort to UVI Workstation or converting all my RX2 into Stylus RMX for playing back my RX2 loops in time with the project.
