Caesura and fermato

I have a question about a ceasura in combination with a fermato.

When I place the fermato on the last note, the seasura disappears before the last note. And when I place the ceausura before the last note, the fermato disappears???

What to do?

Breath mark, or fermata: Why do I have to choose?

I think this topic has been covered, but I didn’t find a resolution in the post trail from a similar issue in 2025. I’m having a little argument with Dorico Pro 5. I want to put both a fermata and a breath mark in the clarinet part, just like I did in the flute and other instruments. But it is making me choose. If I put it a fermata, I can’t put a breath mark in. And vice-versa. Uploading screenshots to help illustrate. It must be something I’m doing, because it works in other voices…? …
