please download the free tool Process Explorer and run Dorico again. If it appears hanging, open the progexp64.exe and on the right top is a search , where you please type vstscanner and then hit return. Do you then see at least one vstscanner process? If so, do a right click on the item and from the pop-up menu choose Create > Create MiniDump. Then save the output and send me (after zipping it up). Thanks a lot
