Can Cubase Sampler Lock Parameters?

Hi,
Is there anyway to lock the samplers parameter settings?
Example :

  1. Mode - Grid
  2. Grid time divisions 1/2
  3. Root key to start on. I use a 76 key or 88, yet it always defaults to C3, I’d
    prefer C0

Problem : Current behavior - When I reload a new sample, all these settings are overwritten, even when using the lock button.

I don’t think any of these settings can be configured in settings as default when loading the sampler track, for sure the default for a new sampler root key is C3.
