No, at the moment you can’t draw this kind of arbitrary path in Dorico, but you can import SVGs, so you can draw it in your illustration program of choice and then bring it into Dorico that way.

For not particularly complicated cases of the type shown in the example, one can get acceptable results by mixing standard (straight) lines and carefully adjusted slurs.
If one day this is implemented, it would be nice if we could draw continuous lines and add breakpoints by a key combination or click while drawing. That would give absolute control.
