If the font used includes this symbol, then yes, of course. As an example, Academico (that’s the default text font of Dorico) has this symbol included.
How to write this symbol, how to bring it onto the computer screen, into your document, is a different question. This depends on your operating system, on your operating system’s language, on your keyboard type and language.
Not your question of course, but the symbol © is a direct substitute for the word copyright, and to write both is redundant.
