I bought the Cubase 9.5, some years ago. N my computer crashed, so I don’t have the number license. For at the time, they had a promotion, where I can purchase an upgrade for 50pds, I think from England, this was offered. So i’m wondering if i can avail of that or any other promotion, because I have or had a license?
What version of Cubase did you own…..Pro….Elements or Artist?
Is the license shown in your MySteinberg account?
Elements LE
Well Elements is a paid version. LE is a very cutdown free that typically comes bundled with hardware.
You have one or the other based on the license….the installer is the same though, it just opens the different features according to license.
LE can be upgraded to LE 15 for free. Or there is a paid upgrade from LE to Elements.
But in either case you need to have the license registered in MySteinberg.
I think it was, friend, can u all check through my Gmail account,to see if it comes up, showing proof, I purchased it?
Monroe White or I am Monroe
No-one else can check through your gmail account no!
And proof of purchase doesn’t really help as you might have given the license to someone else.
You need to know (or reset password) your MySteinberg account details, log in and see for yourself what licenses are there.
This is a user forum. The Steinberg company….including contacting them….is at Steinberg dot net.
Hi could u give me again, the right email to send for Steinberg?
Navigate to steinberg dot net…..click “support” and then follow the prompts to send your support request to the appropriate support area for the country where you live.
Can u send me the actual email link, please, I’d appreciate it. For when I attempted to send an email, Steinberg dot net, nothing happened, ok?
Steinberg doesn’t use an actual email address for support. They use their online support forms. What country are you in?
PHILIPPINES, my friend!
