Can i create a sound in Wavelab?

Can I create sinusoidal sound at a single frequency of 528Hz (for example) with Wavelab?
Then is it possible to modulate the amplitude of this sound with a frequency of 60hz?
Is Wavelab the right tool for this?

Thank you so much for your answer. I don’t have Wavelab yet but I will download the manual and will have a look to the website to see if i can find this tool with all the versions of Wavelab.
