Can I get the bar counting to start somewhere after the first bar?

I have a score I would like to match which refers to the first four bars a “A, B, C, and D”, then goes on to start counting at bar 5 as “1”.

I would like to match my bars numbers with that of the score. Can I get the bar counting to start on bar 5 instead of 1?

You can put whatever bar number you like at the fifth bar (bar number changes are on the right-click contextual menu), but you may struggle to get single letters for the first few bars.

Thanks! Not worried about the letters. I just need to know where I am in the cue as copying goes a lot faster.
