Can I give my spare Cubase AI 6 license to a friend?

I own a full Cubase 6.5 licence, but I have just purchased the UR824 which came with a Cubase AI 6 license. I would like to know if that license is locked to the UR824 hardware, or if I can give this license to my friend to use in his own system?

The Cubase AI 6 licence is not locked to any hardware. You can give it for using by your friend.
