Can I install Cubase 5 32-bit AND 64-bit on one system?

hello everyone,

is it possible to add the 64-bit version of cubase 5 on my windows 7 64bit system? I’m already using the 32-bit version.
I want to have the possibility to choose which version I use for project.
Can I just download the 5.5.3 update and install 64 bit or do I have to start installing from my Discs?
