Can I leave CB open when I put my MacBook to sleep?

Not really an issue, hopefully, and im happy to accept user error.
Ive left CB 12 Pro open a few times when ive put my MBP to sleep. When ive gone back to it the amount of disk activity makes it unusable and I have not re start it.
Is this normal or something I can look in to?
I know I probably shouldn’t, and don’t mean too, but sometime is forget to close it down at night.

Myself I don’t have any issues when putting my Mac to the sleep mode while Cubase running. But I have seen some reports here in the forum, Cubase becomes unstable when doing this, for some users.
