Hi,
Hi, a question for a strange scenario. I have both an iPad Air 3 and IPhone 11 Pro with Cubasis. I also have a Roland Duo Capture Ex Audio Interface and a Rode NT USB. I now want to do some recording using two mics but I know 2 USB mics isn’t gonna work fully functional. So I was thinking on getting a XLR mic (good deal on a Mackie EM-91CU) and connect the iPad to the USB mic and the iphone to the Audio Interface with XLR mic and as such run two linked instances of Cubasis to record my vocals and guitar on different tracks and then can have more control over tweaking each recording.
I know it may sound silly and why don’t I just buy 2 XLR mics but it is simply my situation. Plus I like to know if this is possible and how? Using Cubasis’ Ableton Link? Or do I need to add Audiobus or for eg. Loopy Pro to achieve this?
