Can I notate a guitar piece in Dorico that uses two capos?

I need to transcribe and notate this piece to play at my niece’s wedding in February. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BW0M6YeaHrU&list=RDBW0M6YeaHrU&start_radio=1
As can be seen in the YouTube link, it uses two capos. The tuning used is DGCGCE.
Unfortunately, the music or tab has not been written down, so I need to transcribe and notate it myself. I can see that Dorico allows notation with a partial capo, but I can’t see an option for using two capos. Using more than one capo is becoming more common, especially in music written for acoustic steel-string guitar. I’ll be grateful for any advice.

I need to get out more.

Probably one of my favorite covers of this song, but John Mayer only uses one capo and sorry, I don’t know the answer to your question.

You’ll have to use two guitars - each with different capo settings - held by the same player, so it will work as an instrument change.

Why not tune the sixth String down to C and play with one Capo?
