Good day. Is it possible to remove the trial versions of Cubase 13 Pro and Cubase 13 Elements from my product account?

No, this can only be done by Steinberg. In the meantime don´t be bothered - they are just “there”. You don´t have to adress Steinberg, it´ll be done automatically at some point in the future.
