Can I reuse sounds with midi

I have a bunch of .wav sound on my HDD. Can I use my midi keyboard to play them in cubase element 6.5/4LE or artist6.5? And how?

If they’re one-shot sounds you can use Groove Agent One (it’s at least in artist 6.5, don’t know about elements.)

thanks, ya Groove Agent One is in Element, but it’s broken in the trial.
