I’m fed up re-sizing my chord symbols on my score after I’ve done them all (they’re too big!!)
Surely I can set what size I’d like them before I start?

Glad to help, @Big_Scottish_Bloke. There’s really no aspect of Dorico that can’t be (pre-)determined and set either as layout-specific, project-specific, and/or default behavior for future projects. It’s definitely worth taking the time to explore, read up on, and watch Dorico’s excellent tutorial and live-stream videos on their YouTube channel. FWIW, doing so has made a huge difference in my (emerging) ability to get around and customize.
