can I transfer licenses from USB eLicenser to Soft-eLicenser?

I want to keep some programs (Padshop Pro and Granular Symphonies) and sell Cubase Pro 10. Can I transfer these programs to a Soft-eLicense and sell Cubase Pro 10 with my dongle?

You have to buy a second dongle and transfer the licenses to that one. Remember to register / update those and deregister the cubase 10 when you sell it, otherwise the buyer wont be able to register the key
