Can I upgrade cubase 8 to 12 onto windows 11?

I have cubase 8 which is not supported by windows 11. So is it possible to upgrade cubase 8 to 12 onto windows 11 when I’m unable to open 8?

The only requirement to upgrade is to connect your USB-eLicenser to your PC. You don’t need to be able to run the version you’re upgrading from.

Thank you for your reply, but I don’t have and never have had a USB-eLicenser.

You didn’t specify which version of Cubase you had.

Have you tried running it? I’ve got Elements 8 open in Win 11 right now.
