Hello, I am setting up a stream deck, is it safe to map out functions to MIDI CC or will it interfere with other devices midi CC ?
Do you map the stream deck with generic remote (legacy) which is what I am doing now, or is it better/faster to use the new midi remote function
Depending on what you wish to map, the new MIDI Remote doesn’t yet have all of the functionality of the Generic Remote.
As long as you ensure that the StreamDeck is the only thing using those respective midi input and output ports, it should be fine.
