Can no longer move selected text frames using shortcut keys in Dorico 3?

Previously the selected text frame as in the attached could be moved by using Alt-Command-up arrow (on Mac). Why does this no longer work in Dorico 3? (just checking!):

[UPDATED]: for some reason it seems to be working now. Not sure what has changed…

Nothing has changed in Dorico 3 in this regard. This feature works the same as in previous versions.
