Hello
I bought Yamaha mg10 xu and got cubase ai download access code.
first time m I install cubase follow order that written on Yamaha page and it’s work.
However, I had to reinstall new window. So my all program deleted.
Then I tried to reinstall cubase ai to my computer but when I use code it said this code already used and cannot reach through it. So I can’t use cubase.
Please help me how to solve this problem.

Ps.2 I do try to reactivate code but when I click it. It said There is no SEL to reactivate. But when I click on EL icon below this. It show SEL number but also said no product found on this EL
PS3. I do try to use EL control center but it doesn’t work.
