# Can not get trial

Hello!  
After registered I checked my e-mail for a trial version of LE10 I’ve requested via online-form, but there’s no link to download.  
Could you please check, looks like it does not work for all of the users.

Hey,

I had the same issue, but going to my gmail account i had to click on “All Mail” to find the confirmation email!
