Can somebody figure out why the lower staff isn't being hidden as I've "requested"?

I don’t see any hidden objects, I’ve set things like so:

Hide Empty Staves setting.png
Hide Empty Staves setting.png2236×1272 103 KB

and yet I still get this (see attached Dorico file):

You have an explicit treble clef at the start of the bottom stave. Select and delete it.
