Can´t access My Steinberg

Hi! I have been having problems accessing My Steinberg for over a week now. I can´t remember my password, and the recovery email process doesn´t send me the message. I have checked everywhere.
Is there any other way to do this? I have created this account just to ask this question. I put in a support ticket as well, but My Requests just loops me back to the main page. Support ticket unmodified now for 8 days…
Any help would be much appreciated!
