Can´t remove inserts in Stereo Out Cubase 13

In Stereo out - Cubase 13 pro, I cannot remove some inserts. Among other things, Izotope Ozone and Cubase’s own compressor. It happens when I save the project and open it again.

Explain what happens when you try to remove them.

Maybe Constrain Delay Compensation is activated. Please check if the tiny icon at the bottom left of your project window is fired up…

Same problem here with c14 Izotope was involved here too. My plugins are gray not working and can’t be removed. I think the projects giving me trouble were started in c13. I have some projects that are fine.
