Can’t remove staccato articulations in Score Editor

Hi,

I have a bunch of staccato marks on notes in the score. I try to remove them using the Score Editor tools, but they don’t actually disappear
What I’m trying to do:

Any step‑by‑step guidance would be really appreciated.
