Can’t use the app on my new IPad, it wanted me to buy it again.

Hi, I bought the Cubasis Le app on my old IPad( ipd pro 9.7), but when I changed to a new IPad(iPad Pro 10.5), it wanted me to buy it again, I’m using it under the same account, and the app says it supports family share, how come?

Already tried to restore the purchase on my new device and it didn’t work, it said no purchase found under my account( but it’s the SAME account I used to buy the app)…anyway, waiting for the answer. Very frustrating

Both Cubasis and Cubasis LE allows to restore in-app purchases.
To restore your Cubasis LE in-app purchase please follow these steps:

Pre-Requisite
Please make sure to log-in with the same iTunes & App Store account data, used for the Cubasis LE in-app purchase

1 - Install Cubasis LE and launch the app
2 - If required, tap “Start demo” to get rid of the demo pop-up
3 - Tap the shop button
4 - In the shop section, tap the “Restore Purchased” button
