I suppose most of the VST3-plugs are 64-bit in any case. But, there are some that are only available in 32bit.

jBridge only works up to VST 2.4

I don’t think any bridge works with VST3. Could be wrong though.

Try bluecat patchwork. It does vst2 vst3 32 and 64 bit. Good stuff.
