Can you add separate VSTs to the step lanes in drum machine? CB14

In the drum machine on cubase 14, is there a way to allocate your own VST’s to each drum machine step lane layer?
Example:
Red circle A: shows a kick step lane layer.
Can I have my own VST inserts on that step lane layer only?
Then,

separate VST inserts on the snare step lane layer etc,.

Also, for the parameter values (Blue B), would be nice to be able to double click and type in the value also.

The pattern editor show patterns for the selected track - it is hard-connected to a track. Since a track can only have one VSTi you cannot assign another one in the editor.

This sounds like a sound request.

You could put your Pattern Events on a MIDI Track and use its MIDI Sends to route to different Instruments.
