Can you merge Steinberg accounts?

Hello!

I’ve registered new Steinberg products that I’ve bought to second account by mistake.

For example Cubase 10 have been bought on first account, and Cubase 11 upgrade have been bought on first account

Can you merge my accounts please?

Actually I see all products in MyProducts in browser but I don’t see it in My Products in “Steinberg Download Assistant” app

not all products support that feature at the moment…

You cannot have an upgrade in other account. Once you upgrade the licence, the original licence is replaced by the new one.

Ask the Steinberg support, they can do it for you.
