I have had Dorico Pro 5 for a little less than a year now. I tried to download the free trial for Dorico 6 today. I cannot open Dorico 6 even though my download assistant says I have everything downloaded for both Dorico 5 and Dorico 6. I even tried reinstalling everything. When I go to open either Dorico 6 or Dorico 5, it says “No License Found”. I have clicked on more information and checked all the help pages. I believe that I have everything in order on my end. It says I need Steinberg Licensing, but I believe that is what I already have. I have tried to redownload things multiple times, but continue to have the same issue. I am not sure if it is user error and I am somehow missing something or not. I’m just extra confused because I cannot even access Dorico 5 which I have used for some time and have multiple projects in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @madelynn.marie.moore, when you open Steinberg Activation Manager app, what it the status of your activation/s? Is Dorico 5 licence activated?:

It also says No License Found. I have read about having an access code after purchasing, but I have entered one in the past for Dorico 5 after purchasing it when I switched from Finale. I have a feeling it has to do with the licensing, but I am not sure what exactly the issue is.

When I access my profile on MySteinberg it shows that both Dorico 5 and 6 are listed under my products. And when I check the Licensed Devices section, my laptop is listed under that.
I have an update! I feel very silly, but it appears it somehow signed in with a different email than what MySteinberg account is linked to. I had checked it was the correct email with my download assistant, but I fear I forget to double check the activation manager.
