Cannot access MySteinberg account

Hi guys,

Cannot access my account. There were registered products there.
When I login with the user name the site says that my account is not activated. Resetting the password with email/account doesn’t work.

Who can help me?

This is SOLVED. I encourage those with having technical difficulties to call.
The operator resets the password manually and in a minute you have an access.

I am having a similar issue.

I am unable to reset my password and my old password is not working.

I used the password reset link numerous times over the past week and no email is ever sent even though it says it is.

Who did you call to get a password reset done?
