I purchased WL13 upgrade from WL12, downloaded the app on my MacPro. When trying run WL13, it displayed an error indicating I must be on a newer version than 12.7.6. My Mac cannot be upgraded to a newer MacOS since it is an older Mac apparently.
I wouldn’t have purchased the upgrade since I can’t actually use it!
I would like a refund or a workaround.

I usually do, but I didn’t find it. I must looked in the wrong place.
Anyway, I have an newer iMac (MacOS 15.7.7 Intel 3.2 GHz 6 core i7 ) I don’t use that one for DAW purposes. I’ll see if it has enough power. I’ll just have to move some cables, etc.
