I imported an XML piano part from musescore. I can add a voice player, but cannot make it visible. If I choose the created voice player in the dropdown, it shows without a stave.
In the preferences I un-ticked everything, in the advanced options I tried all of the 3.
Any suggestions?

That’s because your voice is not connected to the flow. Select the voice in setup mode, and tick the flow:

Ah, ok…. So far I selected layout, flows and all instruments together that I wanted to be included. It never ocurred to me that I need to connect instruments on a individual basis. Thank you for again another lesson

The items in Setup mode can be wired up in different ways. A layout may contain a given flow and a given player, but if the flow doesn’t contain the player, then no music for the player will appear in the layout.
