Cannot assign Quick Controls to Envelopes

Hi everyone! I’ve been trying to setup Halion 6 Quick Controls to adjust some parameters in a custom patch. It works well for any parameters except envelopes. I’m using same procedure , by right clicking on the parameter, but the newly assigned QC has no effect, although it indicates connection to the right parameter. I must be doing something wrong because it works in factory presets. Any advice would be appreciated.

Factory presets tie to either their own scripted envelopes or the offset parameters of the envelopes. These are viewable via the parameter list. Show the parameter list, navigate to the zone you want to use and the parameter you want to use for the quick control should be there.
