Good evening all,
When I try to buy the update from 11 pro to 12 it tells me that log in has failed when checking out.
I can log in to my account no problem, just cannot log in to the shop??
I have reset the password, cleared the cache, restarted, tried another browser…
Anyone else experienced this issue?

Confusingly, there are still two different logins - one for the Steinberg online shop, and one for everything else (My Steinberg, logging into Steinberg Download Assistant and Steinberg Activation Manager).
