Cannot deactivate computer

I am the account owner, but for about a week I have not been able to deactivate the account on another device (this device is mine). Please help me, what should I do? I am Vietnamese, my English is poor. Sorry. Please help me.

You didn’t say where you tried to deactivate the license, I guess you tried it on the device itself.

You can also login to your Steinberg account and disable it there in your profile

I did it and this message appeared. What do I need to do next…
