Cannot delete Cubase 8 leftover folder and file

I uninstalled Cubase 8 thru 10.5 over a period of 4-5 years or so and want to clean my Windows file explorer of old files and folders. The problem is this Cubase8 folder with a blacklist xml. file will not go away. It wants Administrator permission to delete with the folder or the file. When I change to Administrator in the properties window and try to delete it , it changes what kind of Permission it wants

to another one. So I went to Command Prompt and failed to delete it there after trying several methods. My question is can anyone show me how to delete the folder or file?

Your screen shot of the command prompt shows an error, I don’t know if you’ve read it, but it means your command was malformed. (there’s no space between the command and the path.

That worked on both folder and file…space btwn DEL and path. Thanks
