Cannot draw a midi clip with alt

Hey guys,

I think it’s just a bug, don’t know if this is the place to report this?
In my current project many times Cubase randomly won’t let me draw a midi clip with alt+left click+drag the mouse (using PC).

Cubase version is 10.
