Cannot find 3rd Party VST's

I am new to Cubase. I did some searching on this topic, but came away confused with some of the previous advice given. Anyway, When I add a new instrument track I only see the Cubase VSTs and not any of my Native Instrument one. Do I need to move the VST folders over to the Cubase file? Right now I have VST’s and Cubase on my “C” drive and my sample libraries on “D”.

I think you have to show Cubase where your Native Instr VSTs are → Devices → Plugin Manager → set path for VST plugins there
