"Cannot find entry point" ERROR after reinstalling CUBASE 12 pro

I had to format the computer, previously I had deactivated the CUBASE 12 PRO license.
After reinstalling and reactivating the license at startup it gives me the following message:
“Cannot find the entry point of the SetThreadDpiHostingBehavior procedure in the dynamic link library c: \ program Files \ Steinberg \ Cubase12 \ cubase12.exe”
i uninstalled and reinstalled over and over but the problem persists.

Please make sure that you’re running Windows 10/11 version 21H2 or higher.

Install your GPU drivers, run Windows Update to update your OS and run the Steinberg Download Assistant, which checks for updates for all Steinberg software required by Cubase when you start it up.
